We've moved to a new platform for HawkSoft Community, our product suggestion forum!
The new platform provides an improved experience for both users and the HawkSoft team. HawkSoft is driven by feedback from our users, and this update will make it easier than ever to submit, vote on, and track product suggestions.
As of 3/30/26, the previous HawkSoft Community site (supported by Forumbee) has been replaced by our new forum platform (supported by Featurebase). Learn more below!

| FAQs |
Why is this change happening?
We’re listening to feedback from our users and HawkSoft team members to make it easier for both sides to manage and collaborate on product ideas. The new platform provides many great benefits:
- Reduces duplicate submissions
- Improves transparency into what’s under review
- Makes voting more meaningful
- Notifies users when updates are made
How do I use the new platform?
1. In HawkSoft, go to Help > HawkSoft Community
2. Search for your idea before submitting
3. Vote on ideas that matter to you
Were existing suggestions moved to the new platform?
Suggestions posted within the last year have been migrated to the new platform. All older feedback is archived internally by HawkSoft and continues to inform product discussions.
Will I get notifications on migrated suggestions?
No, as user accounts from the previous platform cannot be linked to those on the new platform. We recommend that you search for the item on the new platform if you’d like to check on its status.
Why didn’t HawkSoft migrate older feedback to the new platform?
Migrating historical posts would introduce outdated votes, duplicate ideas, and inconsistent formatting. Starting fresh with the most recent, relevant posts allows for better organization and clearer prioritization moving forward.
Should I repost my old suggestions?
If the suggestion is still important to you, we encourage you to post it again in the new system so it can gain new votes and visibility. Make sure to check whether a similar item has already been submitted!
Will the old forum (Forumbee) still be accessible?
The old forum has been retired publically now that the new forum is live, but it will be maintained internally by HawkSoft for historical reference.
Will I need a separate login for the new platform?
No. Because users access the HawkSoft Community from inside HawkSoft, no additional login is needed.
